Each month we hold a vote for who should be our Coderus Employee of the Month. There are no set criteria for us to consider but we tend to base it on who we believe has gone above and beyond, not just for the business but for their fellow colleagues.
This month, the team chose Ben Reynolds, one of our backend developers. Ben has been keeping busy this month supporting the team with a number of different projects, all whilst completing each aspect of his work to a very high standard.
Here are some of the lovely things we had to say about Ben:
- Ben is a top lad, always friendly and despite juggling multiple projects, happy to help with any questions you throw at him.
- I nominate Ben Reynolds as employee of the month, he’s done a great job-hopping between multiple projects and getting his work done on all of them.
- I’m nominating Ben as employee of the month as he has handled jumping between multiple projects very well. He’s been required to work on a company project, the website and Android headphones over the past month and has handled the switching well, whilst still maintaining a high standard of work.
- Ben has been extremely helpful to the marketing team this month including assisting with the apprenticeship applications, the website bits alongside Rheanne and the Jira project he is currently working on for marketing to improve our content process. It is all greatly appreciated.
