Each month we hold a vote for who should be our Coderus Employee of the Month. There is no set criteria for us to consider, but we tend to base it on who we believe has gone above and beyond, not just for the business but for their fellow colleagues.
This month, the team chose Troy, who has been really busy this month and has dealt with a lot but consistently completed his workload to a great standard and has always managed to keep his spirits up!
