Coderus is proud to announce that we have appointed Amanda as our new HR manager, who will be responsible for managing the HR processes as well as leading and improving our employee engagement, diversity and culture strategies.
I have only been at Coderus for a month and have so far enjoyed getting to know everyone and understanding the culture a bit more.
In her career, she has always been in an HR role, primarily at legal practices and accountancy firms. Amanda also comes to us from her previous role as a Performance Leader at KPMG in Canary Wharf, where she managed large teams in a senior role. As well as an HR role, Amanda is a magistrate for the district of Suffolk and has held this position since 2018.
I am very proud of this achievement and the work we do.
In Amanda’s free time she regularly attends the gym and is a fan of pilates. Her and her husband are also keen walkers, regularly walking in Scotland.
We often climb Munros and have a plan to bag as many as we can.
With her experience, dedication and determination, we are excited to see where Amanda goes as part of the Coderus family.
