Each month we hold a company-wide vote for who we think should be our Employee of the Month. We don’t have a specific criteria but we tend to base it on who has gone the extra mile, not just for themselves but for the organisation as a whole.
For February we chose Owen, one of our QA engineer apprentices who joined us in July last year.
Every day, Owen comes to work with a positive attitude and is always happy to help out with whatever the team needs from him!
