We’re delighted to have Mehdi join our Android development team this month!
Mehdi will be working on a client app development project that synchronises data with various automotive products.
Before joining us, Mehdi studied Computer Science at King’s College London alongside working as a conference and events porter at DoubleTree. His role at DoubleTree mainly consisted of leading agency staff in setting up meeting rooms, serving food and drinks and communicating with event organisers to ensure their needs were being met throughout the day.
One of Mehdi’s most significant achievements so far is building ToonTracker – an unofficial companion app for a fan-rebooted version of the game Toontown Online. It’s the largest personal project he’s worked on so far and at the time of writing has a 4.7 star rating on Google Play.
Working on the app has allowed Mehdi to experiment with Android technologies and learn more about how Google Cloud works.
In his free time, Mehdi enjoys gaming, working on personal projects, bowling, watching Friends and most recently, he has started picking up 3D modelling using Blender.
We’re so excited about the unique experience and level of expertise Mehdi will be bringing to the team!
