Each month we hold a company-wide vote for which member of the team we believe deserves to be Employee of the Month. We don’t have specific criteria to follow but we tend to base it on who we think has gone above and beyond – not just for their own benefit but for the benefit of the whole business.
This month we chose Nathan, who is one of our embedded apprentice developers. Nathan has done a great job with client projects and also passed his C# exam!
Here are some of the lovely comments our team made about Nathan:
- “Passing the C# exam is something MSCP Nathan Lock should be massively proud of! He worked so hard to pass it and he smashed it. To then be thrown onto a client project with very little time he has managed to pick it up and run with it and he has been working so hard but he’s doing so well, as well as assisting other members of the team around the project and even having heavy involvement with project management. You’re doing so well and you deserve major praise!”
- “Nathan has been a massive help at running me through his project and getting me up to speed very quickly, he has been happy to help at all times and responsive to my questions even with a lot on his plate. He takes on projects at full force and really gives it his all no matter the difficulty of the task. By taking on the responsibility, he has really shown how he can make decisions and use his initiative to solve anything that comes his way.
- “I am nominating Nathan for Employee of the Month as I have been very impressed with his aptitude and enthusiasm recently. He took on the C Sharp challenge with a determination to do well and passed the first time. He has stepped up to the challenge with other projects as well and shown he has the ability as well as passion to do well.”
