Every month we hold an internal survey and give every member of the team an opportunity to vote for someone they feel has excelled in their job role and gone ‘above and beyond’ to help others and represent the business.
This month, the team has recognised that individual to be Michelle, our compliance manager, who has been busy helping the team with the annual audit, while also working remotely from home. This has indeed been the strangest of times for Michelle and the team with all systems go since the lockdown first began back in March.
Michelle has not only gotten the team through the audit, but she has been busy processing invoices, replying to any queries the team have, managing the accounts and being an all-round superstar.
