Planning and Requirements

Every app or embedded solution begins with an initial idea, which we seek to help you refine and turn into a viable solution. By having a face-to-face conversation about your project goals and aspirations, we can better understand how to achieve this. First, we will need to understand the end goal, the value to you as a client or organisation, and how it can be achieved. Using agile project management means our team is able to easily address any changes and additions to the project in the early stages. At this point, we will also create a product roadmap and develop a product backlog , which is a list of features and deliverables that will make up the final product.

Analysis and Design

Our UX and UI designers will then focus on visualising your design framework, to create an intuitive and engaging solution that aligns with your goals and objectives, follows best practices and industry standard guidelines and is inspired by the latest UI/UX trends. At this stage, the team will have defined all the requirements for the initial sprint, based on your feedback, and the first iteration of the project will begin, with the goal of having a working product to launch at the end.

Initial Prototype Development

The next step is to create a prototype of your software, or application using cutting edge visual tools to create a fully functioning model that can be tested on users in real-time. We will create workflow diagrams that accurately map out the user journey, background processes and interactive user interfaces, so we can demonstrate to you how the product will function.

QA & Testing

Testing is integrated throughout every stage of the development process to ensure a quality end product. Our in-house quality control and test engineers will work closely with our developers to help resolve any bug-related issues and ensure the mobile application, or software, meets the necessary test criteria before it can be released. A typical sprint lasts between 1-4 weeks and helps us create a backlog of items that need to be completed within a set timeframe.

Evaluation and Feedback

Once the product has been released, our team will hold a sprint review with you to show you the finished product. This is a crucial stage for evaluating our sprint process because receiving feedback from you will help us improve future processes. At this stage, we will discuss what went well, what could have been better and what was accomplished during the sprint.

Support and Maintenance

Once your app or software solution has been released to an internal or global audience, we will support you by helping you gather user feedback, market your product through our in-house marketing team and assist with any maintenance requests.
