The client’s HybridLink app, while functional, had issues: tight coupling between the app’s logic and UI, and reliance on outdated APIs. Coderus addressed this by creating a new library for the HybridLink functionality and rebuilding the app using the old one as a reference.

However, we noticed that Motivational Maps doesn’t currently have an application for either their users or practitioners. So, we designed them one.

Coderus conducted user research and found a gap in the UK market for a dating app that targets friendly tech-minded people and neurodiverse individuals. From this, we designed an app called “Codenected” which is a friendlier way to date and a place where people with special tech interests can get to know each other.
